That Harry Jackson was a TRIP! Great interview, Brother. And I say, "Don't shoot." Just because he is moving in my direction, isn't an automatic shoot scenario......however, depending on how close he got, I would probably make my concealed firearm not quite so concealed anymore. If he showed intent to bash me in the face like he did to that other woman, and by that, I mean he didn't alter his course after seeing my gun, then, yes, I might shoot.

Kenn, I believe that whatever decision the 4th Circiut made, this issue wirh Marylands opposition to CCW would be headed to the SCOTUS. And let us hope it gets there before Obama gets to appoint any new justice's

Kenn, while you're worknig on that, would you mind asking how I might find out about the status of the application that I submitted on March 20, 2012? Given that the "because it is a God-given right" isn't sufficient reason, prhaps the fact that Maryland has a higher crime rate than almost every "shall issue" state is a compelling enough reason. I don't think that the troopers have a problem with you and I carrying guns; the real issue is the politicins that believe that too much liberty is bad for their carreers!
